General information

This information will help answer many questions about schedule, payments, attire, and priority registration and much more about our program.

Class Calendar:
Our class calendar is a year round program.

We are closed on the following holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Day
  • St. Patrick's Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day

Our tuition policy is similar to colleges. Current Students have priority over New Students. The tuition for Current Students is due on or before the Priority Deadline in order to keep current class.

Registration Fee:
We have a $40 annual registration fee per child and a maximum fee of $75 per family due at time of initial registration, and then annually. This fee is required and is non-refundable.

Military Discounts:

Registration fees are $20 per child (No family maximum). All class fees are 20% off (No other discounts apply). No discounts on team activities. Proof of military ID required.

Priority Deadline:
This is the date tuition is due for current students. Current Students must pay by this date to guarantee their current class spot for the next term, or they will have forfeited their class spot and New or Previous Students are placed into the class. The priority deadline is 1 week before the end of the term.

  • Please note: Current Students MUST request a class change before the Priority Deadline. It does not guarantee a spot in the class, but will give you priority over New Students.

New Students:
New Students can register at anytime during a term and classes missed will be prorated.

Missed Classes/Make-Up Policy:
If you miss a class we will try to accommodate you. We allow for 1 makeup class per term. All make-up classes must be scheduled in advance in order to prevent overcrowding a class. We do not refund money for missed classes, just like a college or private school, your tuition pays for a class spot, regardless of attendance.

Inclement Weather:
We will follow Chatham County School System for any weather cancellations, however, we will re-evaluate the situation throughout the day and determine if we will open for afternoon classes. Please check our website and/or our voicemail for updated information. A makeup class will be offered if we must close due to the weather.

What to Wear To Class:
All kids need to wear the appropriate attire for classes for safety reasons.

  • Wear a leotard or shorts and tee shirt (shorts should not have buttons or zippers)
  • Hair should be tied back away from face
  • No jewelry (stud earrings are okay)

  • Shorts and tee shirt (shorts should not have buttons or zippers)

Viewing Area:
We provide a viewing area for parents and siblings. We are not equipped to supervise children in the viewing area, so please make sure children do not climb on railings. We also ask that you help us keep this area clean and safe, as well as a pleasant environment for all to enjoy.

Private Lessons:

We do offer private lessons. All students requesting a private lesson, must be current members, as well as currently taking a class in our program. Any private lessons requested, must be scheduled with the teacher of your choice and can not be during their regular scheduled coaching time.
